We make our Body Butter Melts in small batches to ensure quality and care. Please allow for 1-3 business days for packaging and handling.
Delivery Times & Costs
At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States.
Within Canada:
- Expedited Parcel: 1-7 business days
- Xpresspost: 2-4 business days
- Priority: 2-4 business days
Within the United States:
- Small Packet USA Air: 5-8 business days
- Tracked Packet USA: 4-7 business days
- Expedited Parcel USA: 4-7 business days
- Xpresspost USA: 2-3 business days

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly take it back within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. However, please note that return shipping costs will not be covered. Please contact support@chemnist.com to begin the return process.
Should you have any issues with damaged items due to shipping, please send us an email with photo documentation of the damage at support@chemnist.com within 3 days of delivery, and we will try to resolve the issue immediately.
