Delays during COVID-19: We are working hard to process and ship out all your orders. Canada Post is experiencing delays but are still providing the fastest and most reliable delivery possible. During this unprecedented time, please expect a longer than usual shipping window. Our products are all made to order. As such, we require 1-3 business days to make things fresh and with care before shipping it out.

At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States.
- Expedited Parcel: 1-7 business days
- Xpresspost: 2-4 business days
- Priority: 2-4 business days
Within the United States:
- Small Packet USA Air: 5-8 business days
- Tracked Packet USA: 4-7 business days
- Expedited Parcel USA: 4-7 business days
- Xpresspost USA: 2-3 business days

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly take it back within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. However, please note that return shipping costs will not be covered. Please contact email@example.com to begin the return process.
Should you have any issues with damaged items due to shipping, please send us an email with photo documentation of the damage at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery, and we will try to resolve the issue immediately.
